Whiteside County, Illinois is divided into 60 precincts. Our organization is comprised of committeemen elected from those precincts, as well as appointed to precincts; management of the organization is placed in the hands of selected committeemen and officers who are elected by the committeemen at the county convention (following every even-year primary).
The purpose of the Central Committee shall be to establish, organize and promote the operations of the Whiteside County Republican Party, and other functions that from time to time, may be deemed proper and appropriate. The Central Committee is the governing body of the Republican Party of Whiteside County, Illinois, and is an integral, but independent, part of the National Republican Party and of the Illinois Republican Party. It shall have the authority to take all appropriate action to promote the principles and programs of the Republican Party.

Whiteside County Republican Central Committee 2017 Meetings
Meetings are held in the upstairs meeting room at Happy Joe's, 109 West Main St., Morrison, unless otherwise noted. Social time and pizza at 6:00 pm; Meetings begin at 6:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
2018 Lincoln Day Dinner
Mark your calendars! March 9, 2018 will be the night of our annual Lincoln Day Dinner at Deer Valley Golf Club. Tickets will be $40 per person and $320 for a sponsored table for up to eight people.

The Whiteside County Republicans are offering two $1,000 scholarships in 2018. One
scholarship will be awarded to a graduating Whiteside County high school senior, and one
scholarship will be awarded to a college/technical school student currently enrolled in a two- or
four-year institution within the United States, with a residency in Whiteside County. To be
eligible, high school applicants must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Whiteside County.

Any applications postmarked after that date will not be accepted. Scholarships will be awarded in May 2018 and paid to the school of winner's acceptance in August of 2018.
Our members host and take part in a number of community events each year, including our Lincoln Day Dinner in March, the Whiteside County Fair in August, Oktoberfest and holiday parades. Check back here often for photos of our latest event.
